Registration
Who can register?
Schools. One teacher registers the whole school; students should ask their MUN teacher.
When is the registration deadline?
The end of Tuesday, 29 September 2026 (extended).
How do we register?
Use the Register page form, or email mun@lusakaoaktree.school.
Can we still register after the deadline?
Email mun@lusakaoaktree.school. Places may still be available.
How many delegates can one school bring?

The form takes up to 50. For more, email mun@lusakaoaktree.school.
Can delegates choose their committee?

The form asks for a first and second choice. How places are allocated is to follow.
Fees and payment
How much does it cost?
ZMW 400 per school plus ZMW 250 per delegate. Example: 5 delegates = ZMW 1,650.
What does the fee cover?
It covers participation costs, meals and stationery.
How and when do we pay?
Offline only (not on this website), by Thursday, 1 October 2026. For payment details, email mun@lusakaoaktree.school or call +260 769 101 643.
Can fees be refunded if a delegate cannot attend?
